Shift in Consciousness for an Extraordinary Life!

The Power of Thought

'There is a mind which knows all there is to know. And, if you have deep gratitude, you can come into close unity with this mind.'
Wallace Wattles

It has been proven scientifically that thoughts are energy that resonates and attracts.

What you focus on increases in your neurology and in your awareness.

What you focus on you create more of.

Thoughts become experience, behaviour, habits, and even symptoms in the body.

So, be very aware of what your thoughts are, because if you think angry or negative thoughts, you will simply get more of them.

On the other hand, if you think grateful thoughts, you get more things to be grateful for.

What are the experiences you wish to have in your reality, in your life?

You can apply this principle in many contexts.

Let's say for example you have a problem; according to some theories, you need to focus on the problem to find the solution; but actually the more you focus on the problem, the more...problem you get!

Or let's say for example you had a trauma in the past, it goes that the more you focus on it, the more you experience it, and so the worst you feel.

Or let's say you experience depression or anxiety, the more you focus on it, the more you feel it.

And so, be very aware of where you focus your attention!

And you might be aware of the 'Intention Experiment' which gathered scientists and intentions from people from all over the world to measure the impact of intentional thought on water and on a leaf in a laboratory.

Now, if thoughts have impact on water, just imagine our bodies are made up to 70% of water, so what do you think is the impact of your thoughts on your body chemistry?

And if thoughts have impact on a leaf, what do you think is the impact of our thoughts on the planet? And on humanity?

If we choose to think thoughts of peace, harmony, understanding, respect, they will have a great impact on the future of humanity.

'Our life is what our thoughts make it. A man will find that as he alters his thoughts toward things and other people, things and other people will alter towards him.'
James Allen
